About

We currently have seven therapists on staff:

Lisa Almada, MSC, MFT, EMDR/IFS Trauma Informed Therapist Co-owner *Located in Fernley* About: It is my experience that "Life Happens" and sometimes we just don't have the tools to help us through the difficult times. Regardless of whether problems are small or large or even huge, they can add additional stress and anxiety to our already busy lives. When issues affect our relationships, our work and/or our health, it is time to seek help and support. I bring life experience to my practice and the counseling relationship that includes marriage, divorce, remarriage, multicultural family issues, parenting, grandparenting, aging, grief and bereavement. I love working with people from the little's to the elders and all in-between to find workable solutions that will create a better quality of life. I have a Master's of Science Degree in Counseling, specializing in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy; am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with additional training in addictions, domestic violence and trauma. I have completed specialized training in EMDR and am in the final process of completing national certification. Laura Leigh Bage, Marriage & Family Therapist, MSc, MFT, EMDR Trauma Therapist *Located in both Fernley and Sparks* About: Life is full of both potential and possibility. As a therapist, I can help you find opportunities to revise the problem saturated stories, which you have come to accept in your life. I can help you find new ways to significantly reduce feelings of distress, better your relationships, and explore resolutions to your unique circumstances. I will help you discover new ideas, new outlooks and real solutions, to apply to each facet of your lives. This will allow you to live the life you were born to live. I have worked with people from a wide range of ages and backgrounds who are dealing with gender identity and sexual orientation issues, suicidal ideation, addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, dual diagnosis, self harm and relationship issues. *Some evening and weekend hours are available.* Andrea Loeschner, M.A., LCPC *Only available by telehealth* About: Teelee Montgomery, MAMFT, LMFT-I *Available in Fernley* About: Justine Enochs, MAMFT, MFT-I *Available in Fernley* About: I am Justine Enochs, a marriage and family therapist licensed intern. I have a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychology and a master’s in marriage and family therapy. I am part of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. My work background consists of the military, psychosocial rehabilitation specialist and teaching. I have spent time in the US Navy on active duty. I enjoy working with the military, veterans, and their families to navigate a challenging lifestyle. I work with adults, couples, and families in person or through telehealth. My integrative psychotherapy paradigm offers a variety of approaches to achieving your therapeutic goals including helping a person learn to accept that there is nothing wrong with them. I work with clients on the following issues: relationships, military challenges, couples, anxiety, depression, grief and loss including pet grief, chronic illnesses, obsessive-compulsive disorder, suicidal ideation, etc. Examples of viable developments include: enhancing relationships, helping couples with their conflict cycle, alleviating depression or anxiety, improving quality of life, managing grief, utilizing strengths, and increasing a sense of self. My philosophy of helping is based on attachment theory in which people are naturally relational and need others for survival. Our past experiences color our perceptions and influence how we move through the world and interact with our loved ones. Life is messy and complicated and you don’t have to go through it alone.
